Q: What is the usual denier of spandex?
A:Spandex is also produced in different types of brightness, usually: (take DUPONT as an example)
Transparent (CLEAR-LUSTER) : the surface fiber is smooth, so reflective into transparent, low friction rate, dry uniformity is poor, color is poor, suitable for short fiber material production, by fabric using more.

bare yarn: Bare yarn:
It is 100% spandex yarn. The bare yarn is not used directly on the fabric. Most of them are produced together with rival materials and need to be produced with special equipment. Knitwear is most commonly used, such as swimsuits, sportswear, etc., generally 22-78Dtex.
core spun yarn
The yarn with bare yarn as core and other materials as outer skin is called CSY for short. If cotton core-covering is generally used to insert the drawn bare yarn on the spinning wheel of the ring split spinning machine, the bare yarn extension length of the core-wrapping yarn must be adjusted appropriately, and its expansion rate should be suppressed at 2 ~ 3 times. Nowadays, core yarn is divided into hard core yarn and soft core yarn. The rival materials of core yarn are cotton, polyester, nitrile and so on.
