1Q: What is the application of SSY?

This new type of elastic fiber can be used to process all kinds of textile fabrics, and the technological performance of textile processing is excellent and easy to operate, especially suitable for the production of woven, knitted denim fabrics, elastic fabrics, elastic shirts, suits and trousers, elastic women's dresses, women's underwear, summer T-shirts and women's fashion and so on. This product is mixed with natural fibers such as cotton, wool, silk (silk), hemp, synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, acrylic, viscose, tencel, modal and other cellulose fibers in different proportions 倂, mixed weaving, interweaving can be obtained from socks, sweaters, underwear to suits, from casual clothing to fashion all kinds of textile commodity fabrics, have excellent function and comfort. ① Suitable for twill organization, if the plain grain as far as possible to avoid a structure. If SSY is used as the weft, the warp structure should be loosened to facilitate elasticity. SSY weaving tension should be controlled below 0.9× denier (Dtex). Tissue density takes into account the contraction of the fibers.

② To be woven in a wide loom, more than 1900mm loom, after shrinkage treatment in 1500-1600mm door width.

③ Pre-shaping should be performed before dyeing and finishing to make SSY shrink and show elastic characteristics. The basic practice is to boil water in a relaxed state for 15 minutes, avoiding the application of external forces.

The dyeing use of disperse dyes, dyeing temperature 115 ~ 125 degrees, the initial dyeing temperature and heating rate is slightly lower than PET, the temperature is too high will affect the elasticity.

⑤ Finalize the treatment to avoid too much tension, finalize the temperature should not exceed 170℃, to adjust the fabric elasticity and feel parameters.

Because SSY has a moisture absorption and quick drying function structure, try to avoid water-repellent additives when finishing textiles to retain its characteristics.
