Q:What will be the deodorant yarn?

A:

1. Fiber modification in spinning. That is to improve the finishing effect after desoaming by modifying the fiber. Modification methods include physical and chemical modification. Physical modification is to spin the fiber into a special cross-section or make the fiber surface form micro-pores, so as to improve the adhesion of deodorant, chemical modification is to introduce specific functional groups in the fiber spinning solution, so as to improve the ability of fiber adsorption deodorant.

 

2. The fibers were mixed with deodorant. The deodorant is mixed into the spinning solution, and the deodorizing fiber is made by spinning. Inorganic deodorant is mostly used by blending silk spinning method. Deodorant should be made into micro powder, and additives should be added at the same time to make the micro powder of deodorant compatible with the substrate and dispersed evenly. In order to maximize the antiodor function and keep the original properties of the fiber, composite spinning technology can be used.

 

3. The composite deodorizing fiber includes functional composite and structural composite. The accurate but troublesome method is gas chromatography. If the odor concentration is lower than the detectable concentration together, it can be concentrated with liquid oxygen.

 

Functional tests can be divided into direct extraction method and dilution method.
