

Waterproof yarn: Low-temperature plasma modification technology, which is a kind of high-energy nuclear physics technology, is used to make Kangjie's waterproof fiber surface physically modified and chemically activated functional groups (such as -OH, -COOH, -C=O and other free radicals) modified.Then the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) was deposited on the surface of the fiber by plasma modification at low temperature to promote the chain reaction with the fiber molecules to form fully coated nanofilms.The fiber surface of tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) after high temperature baking produces numerous vertical hair like mace (a mace structure of anti-splash anti-oil fiber ZL201921110555.x), this is the application of bionics "lotus leaf effect", increase the surface tension, so as to play waterproof, anti-oil, anti-fouling effect.
Heating yarn:Heat transfers mainly through three ways that are heat conduction, heat convectionand thermal radiation.
1. We choose PP yarn that has the lowest Thermal conductivity and the best heat-shielding performance to be the carrier.
2. We adopt the superfine fiber technology,which means higher filament on the same condition. It's like down which can reduce the air convection.
3. Mineral substance with the infrared emission performance will be added in the fiber which can reflect 90% of the human body external heat radiation.
Production testing precautions
1. Antibacterial covered yarn: Tests like FZ/T73023AAA,GBT21944,ISO20743,JIS-L1902 will be passed only if the percentage of antibacterial fiber is more than 20%.(Note:It is the percentage of antibacterial fiber instead of covered yarn. If it is terry socks, another piece of antibacterial fiber should be knitted in the loop part.)
2. As for Japanses absorptive method like JIS-L1902, please test the antibacterial fiber part otherwise it will influence the result.
3. For American AATCC-100, it aims at testing sterilizing rate. In order to pass it, the percentage of antibacterial fiber should be more than 30% in socks, underwear and fabric.
4. For antibacterial covered yarn, if it is dyed, or for socks knitting before dyeing, some dyeing material(which contains Strong oxidants or sulfur compounds) will restrain the antibacterial function. Please discuss with us or technicians ahead of time.
5. For flat socks, the Deodorization effect will be strengthen if antibacterial fiber like K50/24F,K70/24F is knitted in toes and heels.
Test standard recommendation
Mainland of China:FZ/T73023 AAA Grade(It is the highest standard for the three bacterial strains and it can be washed for 50 times) is necessary for socks and underwear.
Japan:JIS-L1902 consists of 10 wash time and no wash.
North America:AATCC-100;AATCC 2147(vibration method)
Ingredient labeling method:
Polyester label:polyester fiber (Kangjiesi Antibacterial Polyester)
Nylon Label: Nylon Fiber (Kangjiesi Antibacterial Nylon)
Example: 77% cotton, 20% polyester(Kangjiesi Antibacterial Polyester), 3% Spandex.
79% cotton, 19% nylon(Kangjiesi Antibacterial Nylon), 2% Spandex.
3012 Antibacterial Covered Yarn Introduction and Identification for 100% cotton socks
1. Introduction:(Suitable for plain socks)
Two lines of 32S cotton yarn+ 3012 antibacterial covered yarn (single or double needle can be used;Only the hairless part of the instep can pass the antibacterial test. The antibacterial part of the hairless part is not up to the standard.)
Three lines of 40S cotton yarn+ 3012 antibacterial covered yarn (single or double needle can be used;Only the hairless part of the instep can pass the antibacterial test. The antibacterial part of the hairless part is not up to the standard.)
2. Identification: 100% cotton yarn,except for elastic fiber (Kangjiesi elastic antibacterial fiber)
