PWY: South Korea and Hangzhou Huviss production, belongs to DTY type, all PET, mechanical elasticity, yarn itself is elastic, repeated stretching will weaken the resilience. Cheap, Microbomb.

PBT: Some customers called T300, Hangzhou Huiweishi, Jiangyin, Changzhou have production, belongs to a kind of polyester, and ordinary PET slice is different. Compared with ordinary PET, PBT has lower strength, larger fracture elongation, and significantly lower initial modulus than ordinary polyester fiber, but it has outstanding elasticity and excellent dyeing property, and feels softer than PET.

T400: two-component elastic fiber produced by DUPONT(DuPont) PTT slice, Invista's brand is T400, South Korea's brand is ESS(or ESM), large elasticity, good recovery, soft feel, is the most successful elastic silk developed in the past 5 years. Because of the domestic production, South Korea has not produced conventional varieties, domestic consumption is still very large, the price has been very civilian.

SSY: The brand of all PET two-component filament made by South Korea Huiweishi Company, with good elasticity, good recovery, smooth feel and good dryness. This product has been sold for more than 10 years, the price has been stable, the market has improved again in the past two years, and the sales of women's fabrics are very good. Fine denier varieties for knitting purposes have also been successfully developed. South Korea Huiweishi company recently launched a series of high F number SSY and high elasticity HSY, as well as low shrinkage yarn feeling FIS, the future market is optimistic.

SPH/SPY: One-step SSY, the feel and shrinkage are slightly different from SSY, the price is cheaper, but the stability is poor.

Printed viscose fabric

The fabric is made of viscose fiber, and reactive dyes should be used in the printing and dyeing process. Reactive dyes have the advantages of bright color, complete chromatography and good color fastness, and are widely used in the printing of cellulose fiber fabrics such as cotton and viscose. Sodium alginate is commonly used as paste in reactive dye printing. Sodium alginate paste is easy to wash off and generally does not affect the feel of printed fabric.
