Q:How about recycled polyester filament?
A:"China Recycled Polyester Filament Market Research and Investment Strategy Report (2019 edition)" shows that in the early days, the waste polyester could only produce recycled polyester staple fiber. After continuous research, the differentiated recycled polyester filament yarn for direct spinning industry using waste polyester bottle was finally realized, reaching the advanced level of similar products in the world. The standard of recycled polyester filament yarn was officially released in 2012.
In China, recycled polyester filament can be produced by chemical and physical methods. At present, the main raw materials are polyester plastic bottles and polyester clothing. The raw material of polyester filament regeneration by physical method is polyester plastic bottle, the main manufacturers are Hangzhou Huachun, Yizheng Zhongxing, Fujian Baichuan, Longfu Huaneng and so on. The raw material of polyester filament regenerated by chemical method is mainly waste polyester fabric.
From the point of view of processing method and cost, polyester filament regenerated by physical method has less carbon emission and more energy saving than polyester filament regenerated by chemical method. However, from the point of view of silk quality and function, polyester filament regenerated by chemical method has higher product grade and added value.

Q:What is the relationship between spandex and draft ratio?
A:The strength and elongation of spandex coated yarn increased with the increase of spandex predraft ratio. Stretched to a certain point, the contraction of spandex causes the outer fibers to curl. Appropriate increase of predraft ratio and percentage of spandex content decreased, the outer fiber crimp degree. However, when the draft is too large, the deformation range of spandex is close to the critical value of deformation, which will reduce the strength and elongation of spandex covered yarn, but is beneficial to the uniformity of spandex covered yarn. The phenomenon of deformation changing with time under constant tension is called creep. When the spandex coating yarn is prestretched 3.5 times, the traditional coating yarn has better creep resistance. Specifically, appropriate adjustments should be made according to the purpose and style of the downstream fabric.
Q:What are the categories of elastic fabric?
A:(1) High elastic fabric: with high elongation and rapid resilience. Its tensile rate (namely elasticity) is 30%-50%, the recovery rate is less than 5%-6%, mainly used for ski suits, bathing suits, women's bras, sports clothes, etc.
(2) bullet fabric: also known as comfortable elastic fabric. When the tensile rate is 20%-30%, the recovery rate is reduced by less than 2%-5%. It is mainly used for daily clothing and interior decoration supplies.
(3) low elastic fabric: also known as general elastic fabric. It is usually a low proportion spandex elastic yarn fabric with a tensile ratio of less than 20%. Suitable for general clothing, such as men's and women's shirts, coats, work clothes, etc.
