Q1:What is advantages and disadvantages of all raw materials?
A:
Combed cotton: Combed cotton yarn is smoother, flat, high texture, washable and durable.
Cotton: The most common and pervasive type of socks, absorbent, breathable, soft and warm, durable and comfortable.
Mercerized cotton: better gloss, feel more smooth, and less prone to wrinkle, suitable for summer.
Lycra: Can be mixed with a variety of man-made and natural fibers, has extraordinary stretching and recovery properties.
Nylon: synthetic fiber in the most wear-resistant, the most strong one, very light weight, good elasticity.
Nylon: high strength, good wear resistance, cheap, light weight, excellent wrinkle resistance, good air permeability.
Polypropylene: Light texture, but the moisture absorption is very weak, sweat function is very strong, wear resistance and stretch resistance.
Polyester: high strength, impact strength is 4 times higher than nylon, 20 times higher than viscose fiber.

Q2: What is the catagory of socks?
A:Cotton: Cotton socks are a good choice for everyday wear. But cotton socks aren't usually used for outdoor activities. Cotton absorbs sweat and doesn't dry easily. Once it's wet, there's no temperature isolation, which is uncomfortable. And it's easy to blister your feet.
Real silk: Silk socks are rare on the market, but their elegant sheen and good comfort define upscale men's socks. One drawback is that silk is not strong enough to wear well.
Thread hemp: In fact, of all natural materials, thread hemp has better air permeability. Q3: What is polyester?
A: The basic component of polyester is polyethylene terephthalate, the molecular formula HO-H2C-H2C-O[-OC-ph-Cooch2CH2O -]n. It is called polyester fiber (PET) because of the existence of a large number of ester groups on the molecular chain. The chemical structure formula of its long chain molecule is H(OCH2CCOCO)NOCH2CH2OH. The relative molecular weight of polyester used for fiber is generally about 18000~25000. The molecular weight of wool like polyester is lower, and the molecular weight of industrial polyester is higher. In fact, small amounts of monomers and oligomers are present. These oligomers have a low degree of polymerization and exist in a circular form. Polyethylene terephthalate (PTA) and ethylene glycol (EG) were synthesized by direct esterification and condensation of ethylene terephthalate 9BHET.
From the perspective of polyester molecular composition, it is composed of short aliphatic hydrocarbon chain, ester group, benzene ring, alcohol hydroxyl group. In addition to the existence of two alcohol hydroxyl groups, there is no other polar groups, polyester fiber hydrophilicity is very poor. Polyester molecule contains about 46% ester group, ester group can be hydrolyzed and pyrolyzed at 200℃, in case of strong alkali, soapolysis, so that the degree of polymerization is reduced, below 100℃ ordinary amount of detergent detergent detergent has no effect on polyester. Polyester molecules also contain aliphatic hydrocarbon chains, which can make polyester molecules have a certain flexibility, but because there are benzene rings in polyester molecules that cannot rotate internally, polyester macromolecules are basically rigid molecules, and the molecular chains are easy to keep linear. Therefore, dacron macromolecules are easy to crystallize under this condition, so dacron has higher crystallinity and orientation.
