4. The influence of infrared pre-drying temperature on the ribbon After the pre-treatment and dipping dyeing process, the polyester ribbon is generally treated by infrared (line) pre-drying before entering the hair color box to prevent dye migration in the drying process and avoid dye defects such as color flower and front and back color difference. When the infrared predrying temperature is lower than 80 ° C, the color difference between the front and back of the ribbon is large, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of customers. When the infrared predrying temperature reaches more than 100℃, the color difference between the front and back of the ribbon is greatly improved. This is because when the pre-drying reaches more than 100 ° C, the water of the webbing is basically evaporated, which greatly reduces the possibility of dye migration. Considering the dyeing production practice and energy consumption, it is more appropriate to control the infrared pre-drying temperature at 100℃-150℃. The production is generally based on the thickness of the billet variety and the liquid rate, the higher the liquid rate of the billet, the higher the infrared predrying temperature. 5. The influence of baking oven color fixing temperature on hair color Baking hair color is an important part of continuous hot melt dyeing, and the uniformity of baking oven color fixing temperature plays a key role in controlling the left, middle and right color difference of the ribbon. After the polyester ribbon is pre-baked by infrared ray and then enters the baking oven, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature is consistent, otherwise it will produce obvious color difference. 6. Ribbon dyeing before treatment is generally dried, and the uneven surface temperature of the drying cylinder will cause the difference in moisture content of the billet, serious will cause the left, middle and right color difference of the ribbon. 7. Other factors that produce color difference In terms of production management, the main factors that affect the left, middle and right color difference of polyester ribbon dyeing are as follows.
(1) Many differences in fabric structure, warp and weft density, warping tension and thickness will cause dyeing color difference. Due to the difference in production efficiency between loom and dyeing machine, the blank strips produced by different looms are dyed in the same dyeing machine, and even different batches of webbing are dyed in the same dyeing machine. In order to minimize the impact of strip quality difference on dyeing color difference, it is required that weaving and dyeing must coordinate and coordinate the production plan, and do a good job in the inventory management of strip, and try to achieve "first-in-first-out".
(2) The machine management oven should be repaired and maintained regularly to ensure the normal operation of the heating equipment (such as the heating pipe, the burner, etc.), the normal temperature rise and temperature control. When different formulations produce the same color number, the front and back color difference of the ribbon is large. Generally, disperse dyes with the same or similar sublimation fastness and type (S, SE, E type) are selected for compatibility, and the dyeing effect is better.
