Q:Why is the yarn contaminated?
A:
a. Caused by mechanical oil
The greasy yarn is caused by machine oil. For example, the spindle bearing or 6001 6002 bearing is oiled too much, and the excess grease will be thrown out during the high-speed operation of the spindle, resulting in yarn pollution that cannot be cleaned away. Of course, this scenario is rare.
b. Dust pollution
The most common occurrence is dust pollution. During the running process of yarn in the spindle channel, due to the accumulation of dust in the production environment and inside the yarn, a layer of dust will be attached to the spindle yarn channel during the running process. Due to the sudden change of temperature and humidity in the production environment, condensed water will appear in the yarn channel. At the end of the yarn, due to the change in unwinding tension, the yarn will change its original course in the channel. At this time, the water dust will be brought out together, and the surface of the yarn will appear black similar to the grease attachment, but the dust pollution can be cleaned away.
Q：How to prevent yarn contamination
A：a. First of all, according to the requirements of the machine manual, the grease that meets the requirements should be filled regularly and quantitatively (Klub NBU15).
b. To ensure that the production environment is clean, well ventilated, strictly control the temperature and humidity of the workshop, and strengthen the cleaning of the machine and yarn channel parts.
c. If conditions, try to shorten the machine maintenance and cleaning cycle, such as: usually once a month, can be shortened to once every half month.
d. Cleaning method of the yarn channel: use a thin string, tie a soft cloth strip at the end, dip in alcohol, use the pneumatic yarn threading function, inhale the thin string, take out the soft cloth strip and pull for 3-5 times, the inner channel of the spindle will be clean.
e. In addition, the multistage tensioner site should also be opened regularly for cleaning, at least once a month.
